Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition as when received
  • Unopened and in their original packaging

We also require a receipt or proof of purchase for the exchange.

The exchange value must match the amount of the original purchase.

Custom and Personalized Items

Items that have been customized or personalized cannot be exchanged unless:

  • The item is the wrong size
  • There are spelling errors
  • The incorrect color(s) were sent
  • The theme/design differs from what was confirmed during the ordering process

Please ensure that all details are confirmed prior to purchase.

How to Initiate an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please email us at our contact address listed on this website. Include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • A brief description of the issue with your order

We will then provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return your items.

After the exchange , Once we receive and inspect your item(s), you'll receive an email confirming their arrival. We will send you photos of the revised product(s). After you approve the revised design, we will process and ship your exchange request within 1-3 business days following your confirmation.
