Refund Policy

Aquired Taste & Style llc does not offer refunds on the purchase of any of our products sold, however we do accept Exchanges.                                    

To be eligible for an exchange items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unopened in the original packaging. 

For an exchange we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The exchange value must be equal to the original purchased amount.

Where items have been made custom or personalized for you, they are non-exchangeable unless the item is the wrong size, has spelling errors, the incorrect color(s), or the theme/design is different from that of which was confirmed by the customer during the ordering process. Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing.

If you need to complete an exchange transaction send us an email at our contact email address on this website, please provide your name, order number and a brief description about the issue(s) you have with your order and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return your items.                                

Once your item(s) are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s).
We will send you pictures of the revised product(s), Once you have approved and accepted the revision design, your exchange request will be processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days after your approval confirmation has been received.
